Branding and white-labelling
Paid plans remove Byteflare's marks from client documents; the Team plan additionally puts your logo and business name on them.
Who this is for: Anyone sending proposals under their own brand, and Team owners and admins configuring it.
There are two distinct levels
| Level | Plans | Effect on client documents |
|---|---|---|
| White-labelling | Pro, trial, Team | Byteflare's marks are removed from proposals and PDF exports. Nothing replaces them. |
| Custom branding | Team only | Your business name and logo appear instead. |
Set your branding
Switch to the organisation workspace
Branding cannot be saved from the personal workspace. If you try, Byteflare tells you to switch.
Open Settings and choose Branding
The tab is visible to Team workspaces only.
Enter your business name
Up to 80 characters. This replaces the Byteflare footer on proposals.
Add a logo
Either paste an
https://link, or upload a PNG, JPG or SVG under 250KB. A preview appears immediately so you can see whether the link resolves.Save
Only owners and admins can save. Members see the fields read-only.
Branding and shared links
When you create a public proposal link, the branding in force at that moment is frozen into the snapshot alongside the document. Changing your logo afterwards does not change links you have already sent. To update a client's copy, revoke the old link and create a new one. See Public links.
Branding and PDF exports
On the preview page the browser tab title becomes the PDF's default filename and header. With a business name set, that title is Project name — Your business name, keeping Byteflare's name off the exported document.
