Owner rows are protected
- An admin cannot change the owner's role or remove the owner.
- Nobody can grant the owner role directly, from an invite or from a role change.
- The only way to change owner is an explicit ownership transfer, performed by the current owner.
Transfer ownership
- The new owner must already be an active member of the organisation.
- The current owner performs the transfer.
- You cannot transfer ownership to yourself.

- Invite people to your workspaceOwners and admins generate an invite link for a specific email address; it expires after 7 days and can only be used once.
- Workspaces and isolationPersonal and organisation workspaces are strictly separated, and the separation is enforced at the database level rather than in the interface.
- Admin and workspace managementThe housekeeping surfaces an owner or admin uses: trash and retention, the organisation rate lock, favourites, and renaming the workspace.
