View tracking and client acceptance
Team workspaces see how many times a link was opened and when; every paid plan sees whether the client accepted.
Who this is for: Anyone chasing a sent proposal, and Team workspaces reviewing pipeline.
View tracking
Each public link carries a view count and a last-viewed date. Both are displayed in the share dialogue on the Team plan only. On Pro or trial the dialogue tells you that view tracking is available on the Team plan.
Acceptance
A client can accept a proposal from the public link. When they do, the acceptance date and the email address they entered are recorded against that link, and the share dialogue shows an Accepted badge with both details. This is visible on any plan that can create links.
Because the snapshot is frozen, an acceptance is attached to one specific version of the proposal rather than to whatever the project happens to say later.
Link states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | The link works and has not expired. |
| Expired | The expiry date you set has passed. The link no longer opens. |
| Revoked | You turned the link off manually. It no longer opens and cannot be reactivated — create a new one. |
| Accepted | A client recorded an acceptance against this link. Shown alongside the state above. |
